Enhanced living empowering lives.
As an award-winning care provider, Lotus Care is committed to the highest standards of care excellence, delivered with pride, compassion, and support to enhance the quality of lives of people with additional needs.

About Lotus Care
Enhancing the lives of people with additional needs.
Established in 2022 and now an award-winning care provider, Lotus Care provides residential and non-residential respite services for children and adults, the people we call our Service Owners.
Our aim is to create places where Service Owners feel at home, build lasting relationships and have real choice and independence in their everyday lives.
Everything we do is grounded in dignity, human rights, and person-centred care. We take the time to get to know each person as an individual, to understand their ambitions and what matters most to them. We then work alongside the Service Owner, their family, other stakeholders, and our own teams to put the right support in place.
Through our dedicated frontline care professionals and multidisciplinary teams, Lotus Care offers a broad range of supports tailored to each person's preferences, needs, and interests.
As Lotus Care has grown in response to high demand for our services, our focus has stayed the same: Service Owners come first. We are committed to creating more exceptional homes and opportunities for the people we support, and to building a workplace where our teams can grow, develop and take pride in the difference they make in the lives of our Service Owners.

Read More TestimonialsWhen I first moved to my first home with Lotus Care, I was nervous because everything was new to me. I left my family behind and didn't know anybody. The staff were kind, friendly, and caring and gave me their time, sitting and talking to me. They really wanted to get to know me. They helped me settle into my new home. They listened to me and supported me with the things that were important to me. They helped me fill my day as my whole routine what I was used to had all changed. They encouraged me to make choices about my day-to-day life, and made sure I felt a part of my home.
