I started my journey with Lotus Care in September 2024 as an SCA, working on the floor. Since then, I've had the opportunity to progress to Deputy Team Lead in November 2025 and then to Team Lead in April 2026. One of the things I love most about working with Lotus Care is the opportunity to progress. The company recognises staff who put in hard work and show potential, and I've been given the chance to take on new challenges throughout my time with the company. The management have always encouraged and supported me.
